  1. Who is the controller of your data?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    The controller of your personal data is FOUNDATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP \u201eYOUR STARTUP\u201d<\/b> based in Warsaw (registered office address:
    ul. \u017burawia 6\/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warsaw).<\/p>

    The above privacy policy applies to the Foundation's services provided by\u00a0 <\/span>organised part of the company SUPER Language School contact details: telephone number +48532010538, e-mail address: kontakt@szkolasuper.pl realised\u00a0 <\/span>by Magdalena Szelinger.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Why do we process your Data?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
      1. In connection with the services provided through SUPER Language School consisting in the teaching of foreign languages and the sale of digital products I.e. for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract (Art.\u00a0 <\/span>6(1)(b) of the Regulation), your data will be stored until the contract is performed<\/span><\/li>
      2. For the purposes of marketing and promotion of the products offered by the \u201eYour StartUp\u201d Foundation for Enterprise Development, based in Warsaw, being our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Your data will be processed until you express your objection. <\/span><\/li>
      3. To comply with any legal obligations incumbent on us in connection with the cooperation undertaken (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation), this purpose being related to legal obligations to retain certain documents for the time indicated by law, e.g:<\/span>
        • Act of 29.09.1994 on accounting (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1858);<\/span><\/li>
        • Act of 29 August 1997. - Tax Ordinance (Dz. U. 1997 No. 137 item 926);<\/span><\/li>
        • Act of 1 March 2018. - On prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism (Journal of Laws 2018, item 723).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>
          1. For the purpose of possibly establishing, investigating or defending against claims, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Data will be processed until the statute of limitations for claims<\/span><\/li>
          2. If you have given your consent, your data will be processed within the limits and for the purpose indicated in your consent (basis of Article 6(1)(a)).\u00a0 <\/span>Data will be processed until you withdraw your consent<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
            1. What data are subject to processing?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

              In order to conclude a contract, we require data on the contract\/order form (if you do not provide these, we will not conclude the contract\/perform the order). In addition, we may ask for optional data that does not affect the conclusion of the contract (if we do not receive it, we will not be able, for example, to call a contact number).<\/p>

              During the course of the contract, we come into possession of your other data in the course of providing our services. The appearance of your personal data with us is a consequence of the operation of our services, which you use.<\/p>

              1. To whom will the data be shared?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                1. Public authorities, to the extent that they do not receive data in the context of a specific proceeding under the law, e.g. in connection with anti-money laundering; <\/span><\/li>
                2. Entities that process your personal data on behalf of the Foundation on the basis of a contract concluded with the Foundation for the entrustment of the processing of personal data (so-called processors). These will include, but are not limited to: the Foundation's Beneficiaries, IT specialists, archiving companies, hosting companies;<\/span><\/li>
                3. Third-party data controllers (so-called Parallel Controllers to whom data is shared, e.g. solicitors and barristers, courier or postal operators, debt buyers - in case you do not pay our invoices on time),<\/span><\/li>
                4. Entities located outside the EEA, but only when necessary and with an appropriate degree of protection, primarily by:<\/span>
                  1. Cooperation with entities in countries for which a relevant European Commission decision has been issued;<\/span><\/li>
                  2. Use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                    The controller always gives notice of its intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the stage of collection.<\/span><\/p>

                    1. Is the data profiled?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                      We would like to inform you that your data will not be subject to profiling, i.e. the automated analysis of your data and the development of predictions about your preferences or future behaviour (profiling means, e.g. in the case of marketing profiling, determining which offer you may be most interested in based on your previous choices).<\/span><\/p>

                      1. What rights do you have?<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
                        1. The right of access to the personal data we process (Article 15 of the Regulation),<\/li>
                        2. The right to rectify the personal data entrusted, including the correction of the data (Article 16 of the Regulation),<\/li>
                        3. The right to delete personal data from our systems, the so-called \u201eright
                          The \u201dright to be forgotten\" - if, in your opinion, there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we delete it (Article 17 of the Regulation),<\/li>
                        4. Right to restrict the processing of personal data - you can request that we restrict the processing of personal data only to storing it or carrying out activities agreed with you, if we hold incorrect data about you or are processing it unduly; or you do not want us to delete it because you need it to establish, assert or defend a claim; or for the duration of an objection raised by you against the processing (Article 18 of the Regulation),<\/li>
                        5. Right to data portability - You have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g. \u201e.csv\u201d format) personal data relating to you that we hold on the basis of a contract or consent given.\u00a0 <\/span>You will have this entitlement if we hold the data in electronic format - if you hold the data only in paper form you will not be able to exercise this entitlement. You may instruct us to send the data directly to another party (Article 20 of the Regulation),<\/li>
                        6. Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data - you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that we process on the basis of consent at any time - Article 7(3) of the Regulation. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent occurs by sending an email to: kontakt@szkolasuper.pl<\/span><\/li>
                        7. Right to object - you may object to the processing of your data if the basis for the use of your data is our legitimate interest - Article 21 of the Regulation. In this situation, once we have considered your request, we will no longer be able to process the personal data objected to on this basis unless we can demonstrate that there are legitimate grounds for the processing which are deemed to override your interests, rights and freedoms<\/li>
                        8. If, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data<\/li><\/ol>
